On September 19, 2026, New Richland Care Center experienced devastating flooding that forced the evacuation of all 36 of our residents and left 85 dedicated employees without work. Our facility suffered extensive damage, and we are working tirelessly to rebuild and reopen the place that so many have called home. We are reaching out to ask for your support!
On Friday, October 30, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we will be hosting a Flood Recovery Fundraising Event at The Mill in Waseca, Minnesota. The event will feature:

🍷 Wine Pull
🍷 50/50 Raffle
🍷 Gun Raffle
🎁 Silent Auction
We are seeking donations of gift baskets, merchandise, gift certificates, services, bottles of wine or liquor, monetary contributions, or other items that could be used in our silent auction and fundraising activities. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us move one step closer to restoring our facility, bringing our employees back to work, and welcoming our resident's home.
New Richland Care Center is more than just a building. It is a place filled with love, laughter, friendships, and compassionate care. Our residents are not just people we care for - they are family.
